Congratulations to our Brookdalians!

Shore House members received their certificates for completing their computer and entrepreneurship courses at Brookdale Community College last week. In May, they will “walk” at the graduation ceremony with all the students.

Taylor, center, also celebrated their 2 years with Shore House this month. Taylor came in with the goal to go back to school, and with the help of Shore House, the Kessler Foundation and Brookdale we made it happen.

Making education opportunities for adults living with mental illness a reality is the cornerstone of our clubhouse model, along with employment and social programs.
