How do I request a matching gift?
Requesting a matching gift is normally a five minute process which must be initiated by the donor.

If you find your employer, please follow the links or download and complete the relevant forms.
What if I know my company has a matching gift program, but it’s not listed in the search tool?
If your employer’s matching gift program is not in our search tool, you can still request a match. Check your company’s intranet or ask your HR department for the matching gift form. To add your employer’s program to our tool, email data@doublethedonation.com
